Huge waste of time. They always want to jump on calls, waste a bunch of time and then the deal gets funded elsewhere...

They are a great option on a strong file, you cant send them dirt and expect a golden offer. Great company from my experience and they go above 1M.

I agree with you about the dollar amount, but on strong files less than 750K Breakout, SFS, CAN, IOU, ondeck,Rapid, Blow them out of the water on rates and terms. Originally Posted by ghosthand
