I've had a good experience working with Rich and his team at BCCUSA. Ive worked with Smartbiz and their process is a little jagged, without anyone really taking point.

Props to both mentioned and thank you Steve_O.
Where we find we add value is when a file doesn't fit into a precise 'box'. Has it been turned down by SB? Is the collateral percentage external of what say Newtek likes? Is there an AR/Inventory CapLine dynamic? Does the owner have several K-1's and algorithm UW kicks it out?
Obviously Banks want COMPLETE documentation- and appraisals and title work takes time- but we close on average 2-3M in these types of files monthly.
Happy to review/assist if needed. -RG
