    Define Corporate Turnaround.
    In the institutional world there are large corporate turnaround professionals/firms that are referral partners to us. Many lower middle market and middle market companies seek corporate turnaround advisors for a variety of reasons. Most people only think of them being involved in distressed situations. I have seen companies hire advisors when things are going very well to ensure they do not blow themselves up or ask for help because the business out grew their ability to manage it effectively.

    From my understanding the company corporate turnaround restructures outstanding debt and not just MCAs. This particular client provided the 1st page of the agreement showing it is a restructuring of dealings between them and a vendor/seller and is not MCA related. That is why I thought it might be possible.
