Does Ondeck care or take legal action for being stacked?
Not from a broker prospective of selling a 2nd position, but if you are a lender and decide to take a 2nd position behind ondeck will they care?
I have heard they may take legal actions against lenders that stack even though they stack other lenders. Is this true?
