    Because the reverse consolidation company will find them in default and stop making deposits to cover payments.

    am i the only one who cant fund with mantis? they give nice offers but always kill it. legit send them

    5-10 deals a week get offers on half and they never ever fund.

    could be me but im curious if anyone else has this experience

    It's probably because Cresthill funded them with a slightly better offer than what you received!
