The company was awarded a multi million dollar government contract and the FIRST invoice for almost $500,000 has already been submitted for payment. Payment should be received around 12/23/2019.

I am currently working on securing financing for mobilization as well as a factoring facility.

The company is seeking to bridge the gap while the above financing is secured.

It currently averages $300,000 per month but they need $1.5 Million to remain cash flow positive for the next few weeks.

Traditional financing is not an option because one of the principals had a Chapter 13 discharged less than 3 years ago.
