Do you guys find it harder with out COJs and what states besides NY can you file ? Any loop holes ?

Ive seen COJ's from Utah, PA, Wyoming...
COJs are not dead by any means, and they serve a purpose...... All the lenders that wanted to jump on the "No more COJ's at XXXXX wave...." I bet will soon either tighten up, or revert back to COJs.....
You cant have it both ways
