There is a laundry list of judgments against this company and the owners personally.

We did a deal one time that funded the last remaining blockbusters in the country. OBVIOUSLY DEFAULTED.

Then there was a Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills that got funded and drove his car over a cliff.

When dudes scam you it IRRITATES THE **** OUT OF YOU THOUGH.

    Who had Big Staxxx????????? LOL

I did a deal for a staffing company. They were factoring with one of our competitors with rates in the 20's. They stacked 4 advances on the factor and were about to get in trouble with the IRS. We offer a factoring facility with a better advance rate, approved/unbilled time finance, cut his cost in more than half, and offered a term note to clean up the 4 advances.

They are still a client. Our facility vastly improved cash flow and profitability. They were able to quickly pay off our term note, added some new larger customers, and acquired a smaller competitor.

What was the name of the contractor who had 13 positions? I know that he defaulted and ML Factors was in the deal at some point, that's all I remember. This was back in early 2017.

I funded a 19th position 125k once in 2015, and surprisingly the HB was only about 30%. Cash advance hewa, gotta love em.
