So Mantis doesn give ZBL in time?

Why is this? Why won't you give merchants that paid off everything a Zero Balance Letter in time?

Of course we do 100% . Have merchant call the main phone line. or even my phone line below.

they will give it to the merchant, just not to YOU.

And if they are like most funds out there, if the merchant was a decent payer, they will try to persuade them to stay and renew

The absolute WORST is Quicksilver with Payoff Letters.

Their company policy is if a payoff letter is requested, it gets kicked to sales, sales has to Pitch an offer, Get a Firm NO, then a letter is issued. I have had it take 3 days before.

Sucks when you leave that stip til the end, your ready to fund then have to wait 3 days
