You're going to need to provide your ISO's financials.

Financials? Financials is the least of it. You have @ 10 page questionnaire to complete. Then after you have provided all the documentation in the world and answered countless pointless and redundant questions, they do a full background on the principals and the company. After 2 weeks we were declined because we had one clown sue us for a TCPA violation 2.5 years ago. I get the background checks and the scrutiny to a certain extent, but one lawsuit in 4 years of business that hasn't moved in 2 years? Total waste of time signing up with TBB and Headway.

Kapitus goes out that far? Then again, I'm pretty sure they're sort of outsourcing their healthcare related stuff.

    Def not directly

Good afternoon LYC - We apologize your experience was less than great... Please message us directly and we can discuss any concerns regarding our decision. Would be more than happy to try and shed any additional light and/or insight as how we came to our decision.

Enova does have a fairly robust on-boarding process; Unfortunately, its a necessity as a public company. However, it does not include a request for financials and most of the heavy lifting is done internally by our compliance and due diligence departments. Outside of name, address, & phone number, the questionnaire is less than 30 questions, most of which most are Y/N or N/A styled. Happy to discuss with anyone as we are +100% growth in 2019 and looking to continue that through 2020.

And Tony - thank you for the kind words. Glad that to see that you have been able to find value in our product offering(s).

Lastly, he is correct in that our LOC product will max out to 24 months with a monthly payment. Our ACH and purchase of receivables products have a max term of 18 months.

Kapitus funds 24 month deals with our own capital. We originally limited the 24 month deals to our healthcare portfolio, but can now offer to all preferred industry classes. You may have seen our most recent securitization closing (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...300976199.html) which provides even more capabilities for us.

Guggenheim just did a very similar deal with Fora Financial as well. Maybe they're just desperate for yield as we are likely to head towards negative interest rates.
