544 Credit is perfect at Mantis! (i am not sure about if -4K was a typo?) otherwise you will get offers in ASAP-MODE and we fund few hours later with contracts back-in....FYI if your seeing enough deals you will see we are funding a ton of JUMBO SIZE DEALS !!
