I would never do this.
You keep all the High Paying Deals. And send me all the prolonged low paying deals.
Time VS Reward.
And I know ill get backlash. Yes ive done HUGE SBA Deals, its just not for me.

Ryan, do stick to MCAs. You do a great job at it, keep on killing it over there.
However, for the rest of us, if we get the 1-2 deals per year that are big enough, and it makes it all worthwhile.
SBAs stink, I stay away - But real estate? LOC? Collateral deals? Those are doable, and can have great ROI even after the profit-splits.

Get 10-15 mix small and medium factoring deals under your belt, that's $100,000 of passive income yearly, on top of whatever you can get out with an up-front fee agreement on the line amount created. And if you're really good, that fee agreement can be a yearly thing. Or if you have the right factor, they might be able to put it on their paper without a fee agreement.

I think hes more so referring to the fact that even little fish that seem to not be worth our time can add up. So why pass it up? i dont think the majority have a problem where they simply dont have enough time to fund the little stuff bc they have too much volume of high revenue deals.

Correction: His first contact with me was in February. He was a sole prop and I had to coach him how to get an LLC up and running, and have him talk to an accountant to figure out if an S corp made sense or not, etc etc etc.
IMHO, you've got to know how to work a factoring deal, and how to send it out, and who to send it to.

Kevin, I said very specifically "small or medium"
I just got paid on a referral for a deal, in-bound lead with just a phone call, connection from 4 months ago, surprise check showed up. Small-time deal.
If you get large deals, then yes, I agree with you.
