2nd Position File- Owner Credit 712
Hey Guys -
I was posting on here to see what **DIRECT LENDER** will do something with 50% or less with ownership. The client who lives over here has a 712 credit but she is only 23% owner.

What type of Entity?
Corp Resolution????
Ive funded with as little as 12% with a corp resolution.
