The only way to professionally handle this is to show up with 3 vans full of goons with baseball bats and start stealing the food from the break room fridge or heating up fish or eggs in the microwave. If you want to be completely evil, reheat Filipino food in the microwave.

As a lender in this industry, you're dealing with sales guys, sharks, with the subject being money, operating in a spirit of urgency, as the merchant usually has an immediate need, the sales guy hopes he doesn't his mind to change, and the longer the bait sits in the water bleeding, the sooner competitors close in.
So, what exactly do you expect day to day under those circumstances ?
As far as the email thread, I thought the sales agent was Mary Poppins.

You know, I thought you added all caps to differentiate your words from the lenders. If you did that in the actual exchange, you're conveying any number of potential emotions, and they're all negative, and not helpful to your end goal, with such an extended amount of usage.
All caps or all bolded letters indicates you're angry, extremely discontent, and shows a condescending tone. Doing it once sends a message, doing it repeatedly
is arguably harassment.
