Default Merchant with satisfaction of loan seeking Capital
Who can fund a merchant who has defaulted in the past but has satisfied the judgement. Merchant has healthy bank statements.

With a Satisfaction of Judgement and the default didn't occur in prior 90 days, Cooper funds these type files. But like any merchant with a prior default, it's all about managing expectations-
