If the Dealership has net assets to attach to equal to the amount borrowing, shows earnings to support a payment of roughly $17k per month over 10 years (250K + NOI) a LOAN is quite possible

Inventory is likely liened up to a Floor Plan so other Collateral will likely be necessary
