$150K/month Vet Practice
Hi there:
I'm looking for a home for a deal for a good client of mine. They just recently paid off 5 advances through a SBA loan and now have a few more vendors they want to pay off. Good credit. Good deposit volume, No negatives. Healthy banks and are looking for a 12-18 month option.
After pestering me on the phone to send them more deals two of my lenders just declined this because the vendor is guilty of stacking.
Aside of Rapid and perhaps IOU, is there anyone who can fund out to 18 months for a first for $120-$140K?

If their credit card processing volume is strong we can look at a 10 month split deal.
