DE Liquor store- Clean file with a 720 credit score. currently has 2 balances (33k daily & 185K monthly).

Monthly gross rev 60K in season and 30k off season.

Seeking 300K to pay off balances and to get inventory with remainder. Has collateral and willing to sign personally.

Any asset based lenders here?

Side note- not looking for a third position MCA- We fund MCA's directly.

Currently looking to bring on syndicating partners- The only way to syndicate with us as a broker is on your own deals.

It isn't about monthly revenue with Liquor Stores it's about margin.

Can't say whether or not the 185k would need to be paid off until I had the opportunity to see Net Income and type of loan.
