Restaurant doing $105k a month looking for split deal

I have a restaurant, doing $105k a month in gross, about $75k in cc sales. TIB is 5 years
There is a fed tx lien, $90 with a payment plan in place and first payment has been made.
Banks are terrible so was looking for split deal. I tried rapid and they wont do it.

Looking for between $50-$100k.

Thoughts?

This sounds like a deal we can get done. We do well with bad banks and liens as long as payment plan in place and verifiable.

Gotta be honest, I've seen Sterling do absolute sick CC deals.
