Defaulted Merchant
Anyone on here fund defaulted merchants? Tool manufacturing co. modified payments temporarily in 2018 and had judgement filed, but Merchant does have SOJ to prove it is resolved.
avg deposits 65k/month and currently has one balance
CS around 580
0 tax liens
0 hx of BK

Morning Nikki..
Perhaps a real loan would be solution. Banks do not care about modified payments- they cannot have judgments or tax liens
