Does anyone lend against a Life Insurance Policy face value of $5.5M. They are looking for max LTV.

Life Insurance face amounts are typically not what can be leveraged- unless the deal involves someone of advanced years- in precarious health (Life Settlement). It is typically the Cash Surrender Value that can be borrowed against. If the policy is a term policy- it has no CSV. If client has a Whole Life Policy and/or Universal Life- and has paid it for awhile- then there might be something there..

Typically, you need to be licensed to handle a transaction like this - why don't they consult the insurance broker, he could steer him in the right direction .
