I have funded with Roc Funding on several different types of paper. They also do 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th positions. As well as the asset/reverse consolidations. Which are two programs on reverses that iso can offer merchants. Now marks you are pulling an article from 2017, what I speak of is 2019 and this quarter 4 on funding deals. As an iso it is crucial to have funders with different niches and programs. Roc is a solid funder

John at Roc blows PAR out of the water. No issues paying commissions, asset backed AND unsecured reverses available... although they've gone WAY lopsided on offers w/ property behind them.

Done plenty of business with PAR with some dissatisfaction over comm disputes and servicing of my clients.

ROC is where its at for all things reverse....

honestly as long as files are being submitted and offers are being made, and commissions are paid. I could care less, this is 2017. We are in 2019 funders. And so far John Galante at Roc is solid!!!!!

So according to the Suit, Yellowstone and Everest suid ROC (who they say is a broker) because they were brokering debt settlement/corporate turnarounds. That’s not good.
