yes i had a position and it was from Par. As long as its a position and not a reverse like you mentioned!!!

care to elaborate on Assett Based Reverses? How does that work?

Yes I can. Its called here, have a reverse but put up your house or investment property as collateral. Not that any one is recording mortgages on MCA's but apparently they think it works as a scare tactic.

All - thanks for the positive feed back , ROC loves retail and restaurants this time of the year. If the credit is right we'll provide additional funds with a line of credit. This applies specifically for our reverse consolidations. Also ROC is now buying out up to 3 positions as long as the balances are 40-60% paid in.
