Morning All.
If the company is profitable and the guarantor credit is decent (640+) there are bank partners and programs to buy out all the advances without collateral.
Even if the company is break even- once you back out the interest payments and replace the debt with lower cost debt- the banks will approve a real loan. So there are legit ways to do this without collateral. The reverse deals simply don't allow enough amortization time to be helpful. If they charge the factor rate and spread payments out over 24 months- they WOULD work for all involved- not just the Consolidator.
