    Property Management firm

    Anyone funding property management co's? Business is in NJ.

    Yes we have had success assisting Property Management Companies..

    Challenges exist when the owner(s) also own CRE in separate LLC's.

    Several MCA's companies will do this- try BFS if it is A type deal- they did 500k for a client of ours in August
