I've never understood why 9003 is an issue for some funders. Not saying it should be a super aggressive offer but i would much rather take my chances on someone whose had no credit history looking to prove him/herself than someone with 450 (even the low 500s) credit and has proven they can't pay their bills in a timely manner

That's what I'm saying. I'd rather someone with 9003 credit who has no overdrafts/negative days and just never got credit, than someone who house is about to get repossessed.

We don't pull credit when we underwrite so this will not be an issue.

What does the Company do?

We are an asset based lender and a factor. We typically work backwards. Are the customers of credit quality, what is the performance of the Company, and then we look at the owners.

We don't pull credit when we underwrite so this will not be an issue.

Andy, MCG is a last ditch effort joint to get an offer. There are several places that would offer 70-100 day deals for this merchant, banks permitting.

9003 should not stop you from funding with many of the high risk funders on this board, Cooper included. As long as the underwriter can look beyond the 9003, to industry, TIB, etc, the 9003 itself shouldn't stop if from getting a shorter term, sub 6 month term offer-
