Tired of cold calling? I am! which is why im selling the hottest leads on the market instead of calling or emailing them myself! These guys need money now! I rather sell them to you for a fraction of the cost than fund 1 of them and make 10xs the money! I swear im legit!

This was my response basically to one of these who pitched me.
Their response to why dont they partner, do it for free and just take commission from the 5-10 funded deals was that MCA is so IF they fund and its hard to place deals etc.

So first you promise funded deals, then you say you dont do it yourself bc the deals are hard to fund lol.
