please shoot me a pm i have a construction merchant. Very good client. I have been doing doing business with for years. Only issue is a prior default years ago. Paid in full. Ive gotten him funded many times since, but bottom line, has been a great client. Construction, so his revenues bounce from 33k to 170k. Very good file otherwise. and we are looking for a little more capital than is curently being offered

I am not certain about this file but MANTIS been very lax on low # of deposits. (perhaps to lax).
