KAPITUS is Strategic. Colonial is their fintech whitelabel platform many funders and broker / funders have used. Solid company direct funder.

A top funder and has the best syndication platform.

I don’t know how much their policy changed, but Strategic used to require syndication from investors on all deals over a certain amount (can’t remember if it’s $150k or $200k). Not sure if that’s the case anymore.

I know for a fact they do all that in house for the exception of the LOC and SBA loan. They use Smartbiz for SBA loans.

There is a Lovely court document hosted about how Specialty Finance Group (NAB) basically ****ed Craig Hecker (Rapid Capital Funding), stole Assets, Drilled Holes through Servers.

Call North American Bancard in Troy, MI. Ask for the accounting department. They use to own CFM and Rapid (RCF) - after they closed those two entities down they started doing renewals and filing under Specialty Finance.
