I have a deal that brings in 100k monthly. They have over 10 negative days in a month but they are consistently getting deposits. They currently have a credit card split and they will not eligible for renewal for another 45 days. The merchant is looking for 30 to 50k now. Who would fund this deal.

you left out a couple things here.....

1) what is their remaining balance on the CC deal?
2) how much of their business is CC's?
3) what is the HB on that CC deal?

Get this CONUNDRUM.

I had a Deal that was in CA. And the way the Account worked, Withdrawls came out, and the deposits hit at the end of day.

So EVERY TIME a Lender would do Dec Logic, they would be Negative. And then that night everything would reconcile, the deposits would show (there would be no Overdraft Fee's) and the Day would end Positive.

Even though this KEPT happening. 3 Days of Dec Logic Negative and me taking Screenshots showing positive at like 6pm EST...... THEY WOULDN"T FUND THE ****.

Some Underwriters are Like Robots, I swear to god. No Judgement. No Thoughts. THESE ARE THE GUIDELINES, I LIVE AND BREATH AND DIE BY THEM.
