Hello,

We are in need or an ABL as well as a Commercial Mortgage Lender.

We are a very busy shop and had to terminate our Lender working in that space recently.

We would like to find 1 person/company that can work nationally but it seems hopeless nowadays.

If you work and can complete transactions and have a "documented history" of closing commercial RE transactions (refi, refi cashout, bridge) as well as ABL (collateral used in this deal was......) please reach out to us asap.

It would also be very helpful if you have some sort of Product Guide you could send us (process@asadvance.com). That would answer many questions prior to a call.
