Does anyone do Lockbox if the merchant doesn't have a processor and uses a CRM?

Everyone that process CC, has a processor. Some CRM's offer integrated processing services through several different ISO's and Processors. They would still have to provide them with a merchant statement each month, regardless if they are using the CRM's processor or their own. Show me the first 6 digits of the MID on the bank statement and I can tell you who is processing his CC's
