Death valley is indeed retail capital, and their newest one they're filing under is Red River Ridge LLC which i had updated to the MCA UCC list on the merchant processing resource website

All you have to do is ask them who their loan is with and when they got it. A lot of the UCC's are being filed under an outsourced company. And did you know, that every other company in the industry is beating up those leads as well?

Does anyone have an updated list of UCC aliases? The list on Merchant Processing Forum seems to be outdated.

Just out of curiosity...Do people really go after CAN/AdvanceMe UCC's?? And do they have any success??
We are a very large broker and CAN is our first source of funding, and as far as I know they are offering the best pricing in the industry along with On Deck...I just dont see too many companies being able to beat their offers especially when going against CAN's renewal department.
Obviously there are plenty of UCC's that you can have success with, but I would think trying to pull clients away from CAN would be a waste of time...same could be said for BFS and On Deck

They don't pull them away, they stack on top of them.
Then CAN and Ondeck denies renewal, and now the merchant is back looking for the best pricing out there
It's a cycle

and I suppose in the near future part of that cycle will entail "CAN and OnDeck sues stacking company"

Yup!! Probably most of the Merchants i have funded from a UCC listing came from AdvanceMe/CAN. Sometimes I get them more, I have beaten them on price on occasion and some people just weren't happy with them. Also, they are the most frequently listed funding co on the UCC, so law of averages kicks in.........
