    best lender for property management company

    looking to place this deal with the right lender. I know real estate property management is a restricted industry but is there a lender that would fund my client based on the info below.

    open since 2008
    solid CC processing of 110k +
    solid deposits of 50-75k
    no NSF
    670 FICO but is light credit with 2-3 personal tax liens. they are large judgments of 20k+

    any assistance would be appreciated.
