PA Funeral Home needs refi cash out Lender

Hi,

We have what seems like a simple file.

Funeral home (no services performed ever on the deceased) just prayer services needs refi and small cash out.

Property apprasises at 260,000. mortgage is 65,000. Client needs 50,000. back for debt.

Two lenders so far did nothing but ask for doc after doc after doc after doc until we stopped them.

If you can complete a simple commercial refi please call Gil or text me. Don't bother leaving a message here, I wouoldn't know how to retrive it.
