Spartan Capital Group
I've been told they can do a lot of out of the box deals. But I don't see much about them on the forums here. Has anyone here worked with them recently? Are they funding their own deals...

That's odd, I just got an email from CAN, that accidentally listed all the brokers in the CC, and who is in there....
"frank@spartancapitalgroup.com", "
How odd....

I definitely wasn't promoting Spartan. I'm just trying to make sure they are legit. Is Frank at Spartan just a broker? Anybody here seen them fund their own deals...

I already know most of the members here are amateurs, but they're brokers. They have full white labels w advantage, pearl, kcg, etc. Full. They're aggresive at selling is what i can tell you, but i usually beat them.
If they fund deals w their own money these days, they're probably smaller.

We usually dont engage but we will address this one time.
In 2015 Spartan started as blind syndicates only on several legacy platforms (sfs, etc...) just like everest and others did when they first started. Owners come from Investment banking, Engineering and Real Estate backgrounds. They fell in love with the industry and cashed their 401ks, sold all existing investment properties and used it to leverage outside capital to start a funding company. Since neither owner had experience in sales, they decided to generate new business via partners/isos/referrals. The rest is history.
Let's be kind to each other and pray for all individuals and businesses affected by the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.

Just did a deal with Spartan last week for a lawyer in NY. Gota tell you - Lawyer-New York. 2 auto declines in a post-corona world, but Spartan did it. They wait 10 biz days to pay commission but they told us that up front, and they got the deal done and the wire to the merchant. Solid.
