    Mantis would need to understand the default ...did he pay them off within a reasonable time post default ?

    beside for the judgment i know of 4 times where he halfed payments or defaulted at end etc. It is amazing how he still gets fundings

    Hes been shopping for an MCA forever, few will touch him due to defaults. If you do fund him its likely he will default again.

    I've dealt with Art of Gifting twice. Both times with real opportunities for different real estate purchases. Raw land in California, only one lender who can do it, he claims he wants it fast, I say we can, and the first time he bounces a $2500 appraisal fee, second time.... ghost. He still owes $25 to the appraisal company.

    Yeah, you know how long it took me to get his app to say what the ownership structure was accurately like he told me? Does his 18 year old son really own the majority? What about 87-year old Max?
