    Anyone do HML in Illinois?

    If it's Chicago, there are more limited options, true, but there are a TON of lenders out there.
    Post the scenario, I have interacted with at least 2, but they both require minimum loan amounts.

    1 residential Owner occupied
    1 residential No occupier
    1 Raw Land

    Has around 2-3 million in equity among all 3.

    No. If you ever come across NY,NJ,CT, or PA I have a guy. Sorry I cant help on Illinois.

    The group I posted is able to do owner occupied btw. It just has to become not owner occupied is all which is just semantics/paperwork on the owner’s part.
