Also, Utah and PA COJs are a thing.

Ive seen NY COJ with a Utah COJ on the same deal, just preparing for when NY finally says no more.

True. But 2nd 3rd 4th 9th Positions didn't exist in those times either.

COJ's made it possible to fund Billions that would of never went out the door had they not existed.

we're not affiliated with any of those companies. Citi cap no longer exists its Mr.advance now. and the only correlation between the two is that they worked in the same building. They're separate companies.

I love when kids get on here and start claiming that every new lender is a white label. Some people just have more money than you and can afford to fund and take the risks. Dont get me wrong brokering is great to, More power to my brokers out there. We just love to FUND!!

True, most of the B and C paper funders have already stopped using them and whoever still is was just waiting for this to be signed before they finally stopped completely. Unless you business model is all super high risk deals I wouldn't expect to see many coj's moving forward

Mr Advance, I don't know if they always white label, but there is a weird ISO manager there Jayson Yunason, he tried to hit on me at the broker fair, and told me not to tell anyone. He claimed he also worked for other big funds
