Help me Help the merchant
Good afternoon DF fam. Ok so here's the deal....
I have a client that took a reverse a few weeks ago but has to constantly call the lender and beg them to make the weekly deposit. This week they were a day late in depositing the money.
So the question is, can my client get out of their contract since the lender was late in depositing the money into her account?
