Does anyone still think COJ's aren't getting banned
https://debanked.com/2019/08/new-yor...-the-governor/
I have heard a number of different companies say that this bill would never get signed and this will never happen. I am curious if anyone still think that or if everyone can now agree that COJ's are just about deadJohn Celifarco

All this "No More COJ talk"
Ok Mr Funder, wait til those defaults pile high. Chase Collections. Tighten up Lending.
Or Fund the crummy paper, and keep COJ's alive in other states.
It's stupid.... It's Revenue, any way you think of it. They should of just put like a "5% fee on COJ Bill" and Keep the money moving.
Instead they shut it down, the Borrower plays the Victim - Come here Mr Bloomberg the bad nasty NY Lender preyed on my GREED, no, the Funder is the victim of ****ty merchants.......thats why COJs exist.

Al it means is, you can't file a coj in new york unless the business is in New york... Am I missing something here? I'm still funding deals, and the funders are still filing COJs. I've seen them in Utah, and I see some filing them in the state the merchant resides in.

I cant believe any reputable funder was using COJ as a deciding factor in funding deals. (I do believe that there are those that believe that's the case --its just simply not the fact). can it be there were small new comer players on the streets relying on them to fund a deal in the first place ---Perhaps ? perhaps not...
