750k deal
Merchant just purchased business that is grossing 6.7MM. He is seeking 750k to 1.5MM. He is 100 percent owner. Are there any shops that can do this.

Do they have any real estate we can use as collateral? Do you know how much he purchased the business for, and of that amount how much of that was his own capital?

he wants no personal guarantee or collateral and wants 600k plus. anyone?
