I am seeking a lender who can provide a LOC based on the company's balance sheet.

How do you suppose a lender secure a balance statement? A factor or lender will use the AR and might use the inventory for a combination term loan/LOC. ABL

Is this the actual balance statement or just a sample? Looks like you have work in progress. What do they do? You need to get more information. There are balance statement lenders but they ultimately will want security on AR, equipment, or inventory., real estate..

The image is the actual BS.

The company repairs and services commercial aircraft engines. They sell parts as well.

    Michael,

They may qualify for an asset based line on AR & Inventory. AR is always going to be the main driver of the facility. Aircraft parts inventory can be tricky to finance. Happy to take a look.
