-What was revenue for 2018 and what is expected for 2019?

Lior, come on. 2 years in is not a startup anymore. Anyone with relationships with a bank or a factor can do a large deal. Problem is the brokers want to make the company broke with a cash advance. However, you're right, when someone says "no brokers" that means that they're only interested in selling a cash advance, but there are a few direct real lenders here on the forum who can do deals like this.

Per the brokers request "Looking for a 2nd position CA offer for 500k" Anthony is the best shot to execute on that request. Can a "real lender" do that too? Possibly, but the path of least resistance is Anthony. The broker also said he doesn't have any details on the file which every lender will ask for. Again, if they want a big funded amount only based on a bank statement and a credit report, Anthony is the best bet.

Ide request the deal be sent to me, but i cant do that big of a funded amount.

Not really. We have gotten better offers more $$$ with other funds when competing with the formerly named yellowstone guys. 2nd pos Cali deals.

BrokerCompany - I myself beat YSC offers in some cases, im just saying, when it comes to 500k they can do it, not a lot of others firms can.

I appreciate the responses but ultimately I was just looking for which lenders in the space would consider a 2nd position, in CA, for that high an amount. If they can at least do that, then I can get into all the details. I've had trouble finding 2nd position lenders in CA.

In theory Knight can do this. Also, as noted above YSC is a no-brainer. Additionally, can do TVT and Influx.

Sometimes you are better off looking to a bigger and better first than a smaller 2nd...........

Without knowing all of the details, I can tell you that we do fund in California and specialize in 2nd and 3rd position deals up to $1 million. The last 500k deal we funded was a 12 month term.
