The best thing to do to attract business is by giving us the name of these clients and/or testimonials.
It's not that hard, if a lead source is legit then they should have no problem getting a few people to vouch for them.

Disagreed. Clients would not appreciate being used to vouch for a lead source as good ones are hard to come by. Competition is not keen on sharing that info after spending thousands of dollars in experimenting. It is unusually common as most companies can thrive from testimonials. Not this space. Takes money to make money and some exploring in between. Also from a lead vendors perspective, why put a clients info in the open air so the bottom of the barrel can attempt to solicit to them as "known lead buyers."

Also what works for one company may not work for the next.
Business and marketing and sales in particular is not a math formula its a piece of art, either your brushes make a masterpiece or a piece of ****, but the brush alone doesnt do all the work. The canvas needs to absorb the paint right, the artist needs to move the brush in the right motions and strokes to make it look amazing.
Too many of you think that the leads work themselves. Once you realize each lead source is different and work your process around that difference then youll see how you become a 800lb gorilla in the space, otherwise youll be stuck in your basement complaining about the leads or the phone or something thats not your fault for ****ty results
