Mantis LOVES 1st position -- i have heard the concept of funders betting on another companies UW and then fund based on that --to me it never made sense --- Here at Mantis we are Great at UW and have no problems being 1st (even when the ISO tells us the reason why it got declined)

Each File is Different.

There is no 1 Solution. You need to sign up with the High Risk Shops. That's all. It seems like your looking for a one stop shop, if thats the case send to a large ISO who works with everyone..... the larger iso shops underwrite the file damn near prior to sending it out, they know where to shop the deal. Or sign up with all the lenders yourself, and shotgun it out, or learn how to underwrite/place and send lenders what they want.
