I recently started sending deals to HFH Capital and I have been receiving some nice approvals and with 12 points built in. They are pretty new on my roster and was recommended by a friend. 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th position files. Files with tough industries, declined by other same tier funders, they are approving, or the other funders approve it and HFH comes in with a chunkier offer.

My only experience with HFH is seeing one of their fake LOC contracts and knight contract on a deal called advanced something something.

Old guy they took advantage of, well tried, until i funded it myself at Knight by explaining the BS.

They had shot it from a gmail, but it was obviously HFH. The owner of the company allowing practices like that can only give you insight into what they may be doing with your declines, so get a call center in India and make sure you know who funds every lead you do not fund, and dig into whom funded it...

@Zonefund sounds like you have something personal with the owner? lol

I know a lot of isos who fund with HFH including myself. You just have to know how to properly source deals and to what funder. That comes with underwriting guidelines and preferred industries from the specific funder. After 1 or 2 deals you can determine how the process is with uw, & get a true feel how the funder operates. Deal funds and they pay you rather quickly. I look for results in any funder that gets my paper, so far it has been smooth sailings with HFH
