    Construction business with multiple positions

Construction business with $250-300K monthly deposits. Credit is 700. Multiple positions including OnDeck, Strategic, Funding Circle, Forward, and Everest. Monthly pulls are currently $56k. The Everest position was just added about 10 days ago.

Who can do a short-term (1-2 months) deal?

River Advance funds 6th positions on constructions. It doesn't sound like merchant is over leveraged either, I can probably give an offer. Send to matthew@riveradvance.com or feel free to call me to discuss at 732-385-8900 Ext 104

So the merchant had 18-20% currently coming out? Seems like a deal that's very doable. Why are you only asking for a 1-2 month term though?

Like 50 companies would do this.

The funny thing is Mantis does give strong offers on these type of files. But the guy that runs it is insufferable.

Factoring may make sense here as long as he's billing companies and not residentials. The question is if there's enough space to buy out the UCC's.

I've seen On Deck do some pretty crazy things recently. Fund 2nd, and even 3rd positions. Give 18 month deals on sub 550 FICO. I wonder if Chase pulling their line is making them push more money out at ridiculous terms. Kinda like how CAN was doing before they blew up

If they are doing commercial construction and you want to HELP them, call me. We can lend based on their A/R and possibly pay off the MCA debt on future income as well.
