I got a guy that has done a TON of MCAS. He has two—..., ... that he renegotiated with—HE DOES NOT HAVE PAYOFF LETTERS!!! Any chance???

He has anumber of P/O letters. But renegotiated and like all borrowers thinks he overpaid Yellowstone & Samson. Thoughts?

When did he pay in full ? following default ??--- we dont look to fund defualts but if you feel he did right by funder "in a timely manner" (that's the key) we may take a shot
