YOu must be new to the industry my friend. Besides the SIC code, he's teetering on over leveraged and is the 29K one position? No way there is room for 15K more. If you find someone like that, please send them my way.

A 2nd is doable, SIC may be tough and a consolidation is even tougher. What are the payments on the 29k balance?
